Our Brewing and fermenting equipment spread across 27 countries
In 1967, Fujiwara Techno-Art was one of the first to expand its business overseas, aiming to popularize Japanese food culture. Starting with Korea, we have exported various brewing and fermenting machines (not just sake brewing equipment) and plants to 27 countries around the world, including the United States, France, the Netherlands, and Cuba.
Our mission is to spread Japan's proud Japanese food culture to the world in cooperation with food manufacturers. Our brewing and fermenting production technology also contributes to the brewing and fermenting industry in various countries, where mechanization has been difficult. We develop machinery and plants that can handle not only Japanese brewed and fermented foods, but also unique brewed fermented foods and non-food products in each country, and provide comprehensive technology including design, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales service.
