Net type continuous cooling equipment

■ Outline

This equipment is for cooling steaming material continuously to a proper temperature.

For common “net type continuous cooling equipment”, ambient air is used to cool steamed rice. But our equipment makes optimal hot air flow in the beginning and then uses cool air, which makes temperature control more accurate and achieves suitable steamed rice without sticky surface. (Hot air cooling function type)
Also, you can select the most appropriate net for your material from a wide range of choices.

2. A special-weaved strong stainless steel net conveyor and an optimal driving scheme makes the net highly durable without breakage or elongation.

3. Simple structure, high-pressure washing and air washing are possible, which enables high sanitation.

4. Net conveyer can stay clean with a clogging-free structure and a self-cleaning function, and cooling effect does not degrade even after a long hours of operation.

5. With an adjuster, moving speed of the net conveyer, layer thickness of material to be cooled, and air volume/pressure of the fan can be set freely depending on the operation conditions and processing conditions.

6. All the material contact surfaces such as the net conveyer are stainless steel.
