Fujiwara Techno-Art specializes in solid-state fermentation technologies, meaning technologies for highly efficient production of valuavle materials through mass cultivation of microorganisms such as Koji starter.
We have a future plan to developing these technologies for application to a variety of industrial fields, from brewing, our key sector, to food, animal feed, energy, and bio-materials.
Moving forward, we will strengthen cooperation between industry, academia, and government, with the goal of becoming a company that"Thinks Together and Creates Together" the Microorganism Industry around the world.
