Pressure Steaming ・Cooling
Traditionally, a horizontal type rotary valve was used for continuous pressure steaming equipment, but a vertical type rotary valve with less crushing has been launched to handle steaming whole round soybeans.
1. Significantly reduced steam jetting force during discharge, resulting in extremely small amount of crushing of raw material.
2. Water-cooled system reduces adhering of raw materials to the rotor to provide easy cleaning.
3. Easy gap adjustment.
