Non Pressure Steaming ・Cooling
Fujiwara Techno-Art’s "Unit-type Small Steam Cleaner" is designed to provide the precise steam management essential for high-quality Ginjo and Daiginjo sake brewing, while ensuring effortless operation. While maintaining the high control performance of our conventional large-scale models, this unit is specifically optimized for batches of up to 1 ton of rice. Classified as a Small Pressure Vessel, it eliminates the need for annual legal inspections and official notifications to authorities. This innovative brewing machinery balances high-quality raw material processing with a significantly reduced administrative workload.
1. Optimized Design for Ginjo Brewing up to 1 ton
Specifically engineered for batches of 1 ton or less. It ensures high reproducibility of the ideal "hard on the outside, soft on the inside" (Gaikou-Nainan) steamed rice required for premium sake production.
2. Reduced Operating Costs via Small Pressure Vessel Classification
This classification eliminates the requirement for installation notifications, completion inspections by local authorities, and annual legal performance inspections (only voluntary inspections required). This drastically reduces daily management efforts and maintenance costs.
3. Modular Design for Short Installation and Space Saving
The main components are pre-assembled as a compact unit. This simplifies on-site piping work, minimizing installation time and costs. It is ideal for facilities with limited space.
4. Precise Steam Control and Moisture Removal
Equipped with a standard demister to effectively remove water droplets (carry-over) from the steam. Combined with a superheater, it delivers "high-quality dry steam" equivalent to higher-end models.
