This “Air flow type rotary solid state fermenter for laboratory use” adopts same substrate aeration type of temperature control as large-scale fermenter, and that enables aeration culture of high reproducibility for small-scale industrialization.
It is also equipped with turning machine which enables automatic stirring (turning) .
