Loss-in-weight automatic weighing & supplying equipment
■ Outline
For this system, a load cell mounted platform scale is placed under the bottom part of each feeder for soybeans, koji, and salt, and materials are discharged continuously to determine a specified quantity.
■ Point
1. Compared to Three-material automatic weighing & supplying equipment, an effective height is lower.
2. As the equipment’s effective height is low, an installation space is small. (About FL+1800 at the highest)
3. Installation can be done anywhere as weighing equipment can be dispersed.
4. Conveyer for soybeans, koji, and salt can be shortened.
5. Easy cleaning due to the low effective height
6. No weighing error from adherence to a hopper
7. Soybeans, koji, and salt are discharged at once and become accumulated layers on the conveyor, then put into a hopper. Therefore, materials can be roughly mixed at the time of weighing.
8. No need to control the amount of pitching water, etc. as a mixed amount for each time is stable. Input amount into the container can be set by a number.
