■ Outline

Storage of koji plays an important role in saving manpower and energy at factories, and also in the products’ sanitation/quality aspects. There have been various kinds of koji stockers in the market, but we have invented a steel belt type horizontal stocker.
This stocker not only has a cooling function, but also has a dual function of resting and cooling. In addition, koji discharging settings and the remaining amount after discharging can always be displayed by attaching a load cell. It is very user-friendly equipment.

■ Point

1. Due to a steel belt type, there is no clogging, and great cooling effect is expected.

2. Easy cleaning, sanitary

3. Koji can be first-in, first-out, which is not possible in the case of a rotary type stocker.

4. Installation area is smaller than the rotary type stocker.

5. Able to store for a long time by building in dehumidifier system and cooling system.

6. Charging from koji making equipment and discharging from a koji stocker can be done automatically.

7. Remaining amount of koji can be displayed by attaching a load cell (option) to koji stocker.

8. The width of steel belt is adjustable depending on the installation area. Designing with adjusted length, width, and heights is possible.
