Vacuum net type washed rice water separator
■ Outline
The existing water separators are mainly rotary drum type or chute type, but water separation cannot be done well and rice washing water enters the soaking tank together with rice, which results in a large variation in water content of soaked rice.
This new water separator is epoch-making equipment that can shower rice with clear water on the net conveyer, and vacuum-remove excess water. This method solved the water content variation problem due to the time difference between the beginning and the end of washed rice transporting.
■ Point
1. Resin net or stainless net conveyor type
2. Rice bran generated during washing and transporting can be removed as rice is showered with clear water at the entrance.
3. Almost no water remains in the soaking tank as excess water is vacuum-removed at the exit.

5. Water amount can be reduced drastically if a rotary pump is used for transporting washed rice.
