Grain Washing and Soaking Technologies

We have a diverse range of equipment for grain washing, cleansing and soaking to suit the type of raw material – rice, barley, soybeans or other.Examples of this equipment, manufactured exploiting our unique specialized technologies, are a rotary automatic rice washing and soaking machine, a vacuum net type washed rice water separator, and a soaking tank with perforated bottom.

Steaming Technologies

We pursue two lines of this technology: non-pressure steaming for steaming milled rice evenly, and high-pressure steaming for processing soybeans and similar raw materials in a short time-frame.Machines available from us in this field include the high-pressure steaming equipment (“NK can”, a perennial hit for over half a century), the steel belt type continuous rice steaming equipment and the continuous high-pressure steaming equipment.

Cooling Technologies

We have a variety of cooling equipment available for selection according to your purpose. Our net-type continuous cooling machine is the one in most widespread use. Besides that we have a highly hygienic steel belt type continuous cooling machine that protects against adherence of bacteria, an upward-flow continuous cooling equipment that utilizes an upward airstream to achieve outstanding cooling efficiency, and more.

Raw Material Conveyance Technologies

We have developed products from our vacuum-air and pressurized-air pneumatic conveyance technologies, and in addition have exploited our water conveyance technologies to develop products that save on energy and space and are low-noise.We will propose the optimal raw material conveyance equipment to match your factory environment and productivity requirements.
