Mentor-Mentee System

We have brought in a mentor system for graduate recruits (up to the 2nd year for college graduates, up to the 4th year for high-school graduates) and mid-career recruits (for the 1st year).The mentors (senior employees) use two-way dialog to assist the mentees (junior employees) to resolve their problems and overcome their difficulties, thus supporting their individual growth.Through these mentorings, the senior employees acquire human resource cultivation and management skills, and the younger employees gain a true sense of growth and self-confidence.

Individual Interviews with an Executive for All Employees

Our executives hold individual interviews with all our employees, in which personal targets are set for the individual, and his or her progress, the company’s issues and so forth are frankly talked over. This provides opportunities for picking up the voice of the workplace.As regards the personal targets, we seek as far as possible to have the company’s goals and the individual’s sentiments coincide. All our employees fuse together the thinking of both sides (their own and the company’s) to determine an achievement profile to aim for as an individual.

Fujiwara Techno-Art is a brewing machinery pioneer enterprise that broke the path to fully automated unmanned koji (rice mold) production for the brewing of soy sauce, miso, sake, shochu and similar. Our technological capability has won high appraisal ever since, to the point where our machines account for a roughly 80% share of the koji production capacity inside Japan.
With the global spread of Japanese food culture, we now export our products to more than 20 countries worldwide. Further, we have utilized our expertise built up in the field of brewing to develop machinery for filtering and powder sterilization.
